Below you will find all the information, registration forms and instructions for the girls 2016 summer water polo program.
AGE GROUP IS CLOSED (6th-8th graders) – If you are interested in being put on the wait list email Bernice O’Connor, the Director of Age Group at email@example.com . No registrations or payments will be accepted as of May 24th.
Annual Pre-Summer Meeting for all players, parents and coaches is Wed, May 18th, 6pm at Stanford’s Avery Aq. Center.
Necessary Forms and Information:
1. Summer Information Document
This includes the club structure, workout and competition expectations, dues, group assignments and coaching staff.
2. Workout Schedule
This lists each group and their workout times, (current 6-8th grade are Age Group).
3. Registration Form
To be completed for each player, scanned and emailed in.
** National Team Tryouts for interested High Schoolers will be Sun, May 22nd. Check the post on the website for more information.
** Competition schedule is posted on the calendar function of the website. There will be changes but the basic tournaments are posted. Over the next weeks we will ask players to complete a Tournament Availability google link and those interested in going to Junior Olympics to sign our JO Contract.
TO JOIN STANFORD GIRL’S SUMMER WATER POLO FOLLOW THESE 4 STEPS:
1. If you are new to the Stanford girl’s club you must:
a) Click here to order your personalized water polo caps for workouts. (returners who already have workout caps skip to #2). There is a one time $80 cost for these caps. Deadline is May 25th,

2. Complete, scan and email the registration form for each participant to

4. Pay your summer dues using PayPal online
*** Late Fee – if you register after May 8th there is a $35 late fee
** Once you complete ALL 4 steps you will be registered for summer polo (you will not receive and email confirmation). Be sure you check the website often. See you at the meeting on May 18th and workout beginning May 23rd.
