USA Water Polo has implemented a Birth Date Age Verification Process for athlete members. Below, please find more information or visit our website at: http://usawaterpolo.org/Clubs/BirthDateVerification.aspx.

o      COST: ONE-TIME CHARGE of $5.00 paid online to TC logiQ secure website.

(Submitting the paper application form will require an additional $5.00 processing fee)

o        Gold athlete members MUST complete this process prior to participating in any National Championship Event, i.e. Regional Junior Olympic Qualifier, National Junior Olympics, TURBO Champions Cup, Rocktober PCA Classic 12 & Under, Masters Nationals, US Open of Water Polo.

ALL MEMBERS (ex: coach, silver, bronze, etc.) are strongly encouraged to complete the birth date verification process at this time should you wish to participate in a National event at a later date.

 

Photo IDs
Photo ID’s will be required and checked throughout the tournament. Acceptable forms of photo ID are your current USAWP Membership Card with photo, any government-issued photo ID (drivers license, passport, identification card), or student ID for athletes under the age of 18.

16’s Cal Cup roster/info for Sunday March 18

This Saturday, March 17, we have a training session scheduled from 3:00 – 4:30 p.m. at Stanford.

The following athletes are on the roster for the first Cal Cup competition this Sunday March 18 at Acalanes HS.

Games are at 8:00, 12:00 and 4:00. Please arrive for the first game on time at 7:00am. Our team meeting will start promptly at 7:00.

No Games this Sunday

The Spring League for Sunday, Mar 4th has been cancelled due to lack of teams this early in the spring season.  The rest of the dates will remain the same.

Need Lifeguard certification?

If you are 15 and  looking into summer jobs and need Lifeguard certification, there are some being offered at Woodside and SHP by one of our previous coaches, Josh Rubin.  Please go to this site for more info.

Spring Age Group Signups

Spring begins on Wed, Feb 22.  We will be playing water polo Monday & Wednesday and swimming on Thursdays.  Be sure you look at the table on the form with days and times carefully as they vary.

The spring programs includes swimming on Thursdays.  Stroke work and conditioning will be the basis of the workouts.  For those that are already on a swim team and swim days opposite water polo, you do not have to attend Thur workouts (and there is a modified fee).  Everyone else is signing up for the full spring program (water polo and swimming).
Register before Feb 17th to avoid the late fee.

Stanford Invitational, Feb 4-5

Come watch the best in collegiate water polo this weekend at the Avery Aq. Center.

Stanford plays Saturday, 8:30 vs Davis, 4:00 vs USC, Sunday 8:00 vs SJSU and TBD.
