College Recruiting Seminar for Jrs & Srs

Our club is offering a college recruiting seminar on Wed, July 10th, 6:30 pm, at Stanford.  This is exclusive to our club girls only.  We will discuss the recruiting process as it pertains to juniors and seniors, referring to their 13/14 grade, (sophomores may attend and incoming freshmen are discouraged – go enjoy high school first).  Athletes and/or parents may attend.

We will review the process for contacting college coaches, suggested resume, NCAA rules, guidelines and calendar and more.

The meeting will be in the Athletic Dept in the B/C rooms (next to the Avery Aq. Center).  Walk thru front door and through both sets of double doors once you walk in.  Then turn right and follow room around until you see the B/C rooms on the right.

 

14’s JO Quals

Both teams are at Las Lomas High School both days.  1460 S. Main St., Walnut Creek
Athletes should arrive no later than 45 min before their first game.
Games will be on Friday and Saturday only.

Giants Game, Tue, June 18 – update

Athletes are responsible for their own transportation to/from the game (CalTrain, carpool, drive, drop off, bus whatever). The 18s have volunteered to be at each train stop to add excitement and rally the troops.  We hope many of you will join the 18s and coaches on the CalTrain (info below)

The Age Groupers will have some assigned chaperones to help with train, gate entrance, concession trips and seating.  Age Groupers need to be with an adult unless other arrangements are make – details will follow for the age groupers.

SF Giants: Stanford Water Polo Night at AT&T Park Tue, June 18

We have reserved a section of seats for our club athletes to see the Giants play the Padres on Tuesday June 18 at AT&T Park. We have sold out of our seats.

Transportation: The 18-under girls and the coaches will be at several Caltrain stations to meet everyone who wants to join the train ride up to San Francisco.

We will email with more details by the end of the weekend.  We will finalize the train we will be on and ticket delivery before we email again.
