2015 Junior Olympics Info and Early-Bird Ticket Prices

From that page you’ll be able to find the schedule, results, and other information. The girls play in Session Two from July 30 to August 2.

Some important pages include:

Schedules – you can review the schedules online or download to view in Microsoft Excel (look for the Download icon in the lower right); note that schedules may change before the games begin so be sure to check again and/or buy a printed program at the tournament

Tickets – tickets can be bought online in advance; early-bird discount pricing ends July 15 ($5 off per ticket)

July 11-12 Weekend Schedule

Please see the rosters and schedule for this weekend: July 11th and 12th Rosters and Schedule

The 16B and 16C teams both play in Santa Cruz on Saturday at the Santa Cruz Classic.
The 14B team plays on Saturday and on Sunday.

Be sure to arrive 1 hour before your first game unless you’ve been told otherwise by your coach.

If you do not see your name on a roster and you are available to play, please contact your coach.

The rosters for JO’s have been selected by the coaching staff based on the criteria set forth in the summer information document.  Great job to all of the athletes who competed – we’re looking forward to an exciting Junior Olympics with the 6 teams that qualified!

4th of July Holiday Reminder

Just a quick reminder. We will not have workouts or competition beginning July 2nd through July 5th – Happy 4th of July to everyone!

Workouts will resume on Monday, July 6th.

20th Reunion Schedule and Details!

We’re really excited about the reunion this weekend! It is going to be really great to have generations of Stanford Water Polo players together in one place – a historic occasion, in fact.

Pot Luck Assignments – bring enough for about 8 people:

18s – Salads
16s – Main Dishes
Age Group – A-J are in charge of Utensils, Paper goods, napkins, cups, etc.  K-Z are in charge of appetizers.

EVERYONE should bring their own beverages as well as tupperware to take Bake Off cakes home!

Giants Game, Tue June 23rd

For those who are going to tomorrow’s game, here is the CalTrain info.
We will be taking the Northbound #277.  Look for other Stanford Girls’ Club players and coaches.  Make sure you get to the train station early enough to purchase a roundtrip ticket.   Here are train arr/dep times:

Fantastic alumni reports – Junior Polo can participate!

There are now 26 alumni reports on the 20th Year Celebration & Reunion page – big thanks to all the alums and current players who have participated in this amazing project. Can’t wait to receive more!

These interviews are great for all players and parents to read. The alums are having a great time reading them as well. Everyone is excited for next weekend’s reunion!
