In order to compete this summer with Stanford please make sure the following are done, especially for those looking to make a JO team.

The below all have a May 31 deadline

1. All athlete must be a current registered member of USA Water Polo AND a member of Stanford Water Polo Foundation Club #570.  Please check to make sure you are affiliated with our club through USAWaterPolo.

2. All athletes must verify their date of birth.  This is a one-time $5.  If you did not play in JOs last year or have not already verified this, please complete this vital step.

(This step takes a few days so please do not delay)

3. For tournaments (JO Quals and JOs, and possibly local tournaments) there is a USAWP ID policy.

EVERY athlete and coach will be required to have a valid Photo ID. The following IDs will be accepted:
a. USAWP Membership ID card – with current photo of athlete (be sure you upload a picture)
b. Valid Drivers license
c. School ID card from 2012-2013 school year
d. Color copy of picture page of valid passport – original document not required
e. US Immigration documents

If the athlete is 12 years old or younger a parent with a photo ID that matches the athlete’s last name may be accepted as proof.
