To register for the program, follow these steps:
Step 1: Pay Online With PayPal
This Winter we are only accepting payment via PayPal or credit card. Use the appropriate Buy Now PayPal link for High School or Junior Polo:

Step 2: Click this link to select your name and number for your practice caps. You can choose any number 1-99 and your preferred name (first or last name).
Step 3: Mail In Registration Form
Complete and mail in the corresponding athlete registration form:
- For High School Athletes = High School Reg Form
- For Age Group (8th grade/under)= Age Group Reg Form
- For Jr Polo (5th grade/under) = Jr Polo Reg Form
